Instructor biography
Kal Uppal started training Tae Kwon-Do in the early 1980's to mid 1990's. He fell in love with this form of martial art due its beauty and philosphy and the devastating power a human can develop.

Mr Uppal has attended many of the late Grandmaster Choi Hong Hi seminars and instructor courses and more recently attended Grandmaster Choi Jung Hwa 9th Dan (Grandmaster Choi's son) so that he can teach the true techniques without distortion.
